Marriner Views sits at 7 Fern Street, on the northern edge of the Surfers strip. Northcliffe Beach is one minute across the road, the village stretches around the surf club, and Cavill Avenue is fifteen minutes north along the sand when you want the busier end.

The centre of Surfers Paradise. Walk north along the sand for cafes, restaurants, and the meeting square at the foot of Cavill. Five minutes on foot, longer if the day is too good to leave the beach.
Florida Gardens station is the nearest stop on the G:link light rail. North to Helensvale connects to Brisbane rail; south runs the full length of the coast through Broadbeach.
A denser dining row than Cavill, plus Pacific Fair and The Star precinct further south. Walkable along the beach in around fifteen minutes, or a few minutes by car.
Getting here
The G:link light rail stop at Florida Gardens is around 750 m on foot. Gold Coast Airport is 18 km, around 25 minutes by car; Brisbane Airport is 85 km, around 75 minutes. Most guests don't bother with a car at all.
