> After our granddaughter's wedding, we took a break and flew up to the Gold Coast, and stayed at the 'Marriner' apart-hotel. Because there were four of us we had a suite on the top floor. The view was perfect with an outlook over the river. There was a pool and Jacuzzi, and easy access to the main streets and all the food places. A definite must try.

> Stayed three days. Had a lovely time. Excellent wifi, pool (we often had it to ourselves) and hot tub. My partner also enjoyed the sauna. Kitchen was fully stocked, even had salt and pepper. Would definitely book here again.

> I loved it. It was spacious and had lots of room. It didn't have air conditioning but we had the doors and windows open and it was fine, nice and cool. Was very close to the beach and the mall. Very great view. We loved it.

> We recently stayed 9 nights there. The managers couldn't have been more helpful. Apartments were very spacious and clean. This is the 3rd apartment we have had in the area over the last 3 years and this is the only one that we are very happy to return to next year. One point when booking, ask for one with a separate balcony.

> Fantastic space and facilities. Fabulous space for family or group. Plenty of space, ocean views spectacular. Tennis court, pool, spa, steam room, common room with extra TV and covered BBQ area. Closest venue is surf club for coffee or food. Beach access 2 minutes walk. Property and grounds well maintained. We would stay at Marriner Views again.

> The apartment, 24th (top) floor, has fabulous views from every window to the beach and to the west, big beach facing balcony (one also at back from second bedroom), lots of space, comfortable furniture and beds, warm appeal as a very livable home, Wi-Fi and big TV with Netflix subscription.

> Thoroughly enjoyed our stay with easy walking distance to Surfers. Spectacular ocean and mountain views and easy stroll to the beach. Just plenty of room for a family of 6. Great vantage point to watch the airshow.

> We booked this 2 bedroom unit for my family. We stayed for two days and we were amazed how beautiful the unit is. The apartment is super clean, carpets were soft and clean. The whole room looks very relaxing, well organised and the view is just heaven. My husband loves it here and it made his whole holiday. He enjoyed the view so much that he just wanted to stay in the apartment.

> We were 6 people plus a child. We had an extra bed. Assigned to the 1A family room, big and very spacious for all of us. 1st floor, which is good because we had 2 senior citizens. The building manager is very helpful. The place is clean. The living room design is elegant. It is pretty close to the beach. They have a spa as well, tennis court and gym. The view is great. Exceptional!

> Fabulous apartment complex in quiet location. Very large, well equipped apartment 30 metres from Northcliffe Beach. The management were very friendly and helpful. The spa, steam room and tennis court were a bonus.

> Spacious, good location, good value for money. Had a 5 night stay for a quick get away. The apartment we stayed in was 2 bedroom, the main with an ensuite. The kitchen/living area was newer, quite large, had great cooking facilities and the couch was huge and comfortable. There was underground allocated parking. In summary, this place is a great value for money, a good location, spacious with great cooking facilities.

> Can't wait to stay again. Marriner Views was a fantastic place to stay and Steve is really friendly and helpful. Our apartment was roomy and had a huge deck. It is close to trams and buses and short walk to surf club etc. The pool was great and we would definitely stay there again, it was the perfect size for our family of 5.

> The apartment is very large and very well equipped. The view is very nice. The rental includes a parking space plus spaces for guests. The welcome was very warm, we arrived on a Sunday in the late afternoon and the manager was there to open the door for us. The building is 10 metres from the beach. The price/quality ratio is very attractive.

On top of that it was centrally located allowing us access to shops and public transport making our stay pleasant and easily accessible. > Easy check in / out process. Friendly, helpful and responsive manager. The unit was spectacular, roomy, well appointed and very central to the main area of the Gold Coast. The pool was warm. Having parking included and available directly beneath was also very good. Would definitely stay here again.

> Absolutely stunning beautiful apartment and location. The apartment is larger than it looks in the photo. Host Steve was very helpful. Absolutely beautiful and clean, the BBQ on the ground floor was amazing with so much room on balcony overlooking beach and city. Easy walk to Cavill Avenue. Great room and location for families. > A beautiful place to spend your holidays with your loved ones. The location was absolutely stunning. A short stroll to the beach and not too far from the town centre. It was a very comfortable stay for two families (6 people). It had two good bedrooms, lots of open area in the dining/living area and absolutely stunning views of the ocean and the city on both sides. The gym, pool and the spa were very nice and clean.

> We totally enjoyed our stay. The view from our 3 bedroom unit was magnificent and was a perfect choice to watch the planes from the recently concluded Pacific Airshow. The place was clean and big. I highly commend Eddie who is so accommodating and helpful, to the point he was so kind to send the phone we left in the unit to us by post. I don't often do reviews on places we stayed but I think this place is worth a mention!

> Lovely place to stay, the apartments are large with great views. All the usual amenities, it is close to the beach and local surf club which does good meals. The managers couldn't be more helpful, I thoroughly recommend Marriner Views.

> We had a 3 bedroom apartment on the 19th floor. Great views, lots of windows. Nice furnishings. No air con however it was in May so not hot. I believe each apartment is different because they are individually owned.

> We loved the location! We were on the 18th floor and had the nicest views of the ocean, just gorgeous, so peaceful! We had a great time while staying in this location, the steam room is awesome and the pool also. The apartments are central to all the major shopping outlets on the Gold Coast.

> Perfect spot to stay in Surfers Paradise! Great staff, excellent location. Views are amazing and the outdoor is the perfect place to chill out. Short walk to the beach and not far to Surfers Paradise central. Pool was a nice way to cool off. Safe and secure parking.

> Very good! The location is perfect, central to everything. Tram stop just around the corner which made it so much easier. The balcony off both rooms and the views off both sides were stunning. Washing machine and dryer were tops to have as well.

> Great Apartment for family. Great holiday accommodation for families travelling with children. Apartment is clean and well kept. Rooms are big, hall is huge and kitchen is good. About 10–15 minutes walking distance to malls and shopping. Very good view of the beach from the apartment, especially if you are staying at the higher floors. Staff are friendly and helpful with information about shopping and sightseeing.
