Baggage storage at reception before check-in and after check-out, deliveries accepted while you are out, and a spare set of keys held in case yours go for a swim. Construction in the surrounding precinct is disclosed up front so you can plan around it.

> As soon as we walked in the apartment, we loved it. It's a very nice 3 bedroom apartment, actually very spacious for 4 of us (2 adults and 2 kids). The entire apartment is very modern and well decorated. TV and a walk-in wardrobe in the master room. Plenty of cupboards throughout the whole apartment. Well equipped kitchen. The balcony with dining table and BBQ facilities. Car park is complimentary.

Spacious and very well appointed 2 bedroom/2 bathroom unit on the 9th floor with full laundry and deep bath. > Best stay in Surfers Paradise ever! Favourite thing was the 3 bedrooms, 1 for my adult daughter, the ensuite bedroom for myself, and a queen bed and bunks beside them for my cousin and her husband, all with stunning Surfers Paradise views. There was easy access to the bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry, dining area and comfortable lounge room leading on to, can you believe it, a formal dining room with gorgeous dining suite and French doors opening up to the sound of the surf. There was out front street parking available for my cousin's car, the light rail had a stop just down the road, and the beach was an easy stroll away. Oh, did I mention the crystal clear pool, the large heated spa pool, sun loungers and a gym if you seriously need to work out while on holiday? It was perfect. We had a courteous host who let us in and signed us up. We parked in the carpark underneath the building and took the elevator up. Only 2 apartments shared our floor so it wasn't overcrowded.

## Common questions.

### What are the check-in times?

Check-in is between 2:00 PM and 5:00 PM. If you arrive outside reception hours, late check-in can be arranged in advance, just let us know your expected arrival time when you book.

### Is parking included?

Yes. Every apartment includes one complimentary undercover parking space. Maximum vehicle clearance is 2 metres. Visitor parking is limited; street parking is usually available nearby.

### Is there a security deposit?

A $300 AUD refundable deposit is pre-authorised on a credit card at check-in. The hold is released within 7 days of departure, after the apartment inspection.
