The Experience

The view. The neighbourhood. The space.

Everything that makes Marriner Views worth coming back to: a Pacific beach across Fern Street, two apartments per floor at 180 square metres each, and the quieter end of Surfers Paradise out the front door.

The Neighbourhood

Far enough from Cavill Avenue to sleep,
close enough to walk there for dinner.

Fern Street sits on the northern edge of the Surfers Paradise strip, a residential cross-street tucked off the main beach road.

Cross the road and you are on the sand. Walk south along the foreshore for ten minutes and you are under SkyPoint; another five and you are in Broadbeach for a denser dining row, Pacific Fair, and The Star.

The G:link tram runs the full length of the coast from Florida Gardens, 750 metres on foot, and Brisbane rail connects at Helensvale. Most guests do not bother with a car.
