That is the case for an apartment stay around the Gold Coast’s early 2027 conference calendar.
Marriner Views sits on Fern Street between Surfers Paradise and Broadbeach. Northcliffe Beach is across the road, Florida Gardens G:link station is 750 metres away, and one secure car space comes with each apartment. Those are useful practicalities when the programme moves between Robina, Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise. They do not turn every venue into a walk, so this is a guide to choosing the right transport for the day.
APP2027, for the Broadbeach programme
The Australian Pharmacy Professional Conference runs 17 to 20 March 2027. Wednesday is for pre-conference workshops, then the main sessions run from Thursday to Saturday at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre in Broadbeach. The organiser says the full 2027 programme will be released in early November.
For a delegate travelling with a colleague or partner, Broadbeach is the simplest part of this calendar to pair with Marriner. The convention centre is on the G:link corridor, while the Florida Gardens stop gives the trip a car-free option. Follow the organiser’s final venue and arrival directions rather than relying on a general route plan, especially on the workshop day and for evening functions.

Gold Coast Gold, for a compact Surfers Paradise stay
Gold Coast Gold is scheduled for 24 and 25 March 2027 at QT Gold Coast in Surfers Paradise. It is a two-day precious-metals conference, with the organiser listing networking drinks on the Wednesday evening after the first day’s programme. That makes its stay shape different from APP: a short arrival, two concentrated days, then the option to add a beach morning before heading home.
From Fern Street, Surfers Paradise is the northern half of the local equation. Florida Gardens gives delegates a light-rail connection into the central precinct, and a car is equally sensible if the final event instructions favour it. Keep the official page close when booking, as the agenda is still being finalised.

SCoLA, for the Robina conference
The SCoLA 2027 Conference begins on the afternoon of Sunday 7 February, with full-day sessions on Monday 8 and Tuesday 9 February at Bond University, 14 University Drive, Robina. The theme is Corporate Law in a Changing World, and the official welcome dinner is scheduled for Monday evening.
Robina is the one event here that calls for a planned drive, taxi or other direct trip. It is not a continuation of the G:link walk. A Marriner stay makes most sense for the delegate who wants a coast-based base around that campus programme, then a proper apartment to return to at the end of it. Book transport around the first Sunday session and the welcome dinner, rather than assuming those days run like the two full conference days.

The practical case for one larger base
Every Marriner apartment is 180 square metres, with a full kitchen, private balcony, laundry and two bathrooms. The Superior Two-Bedroom sleeps up to six, while the three-bedroom apartments sleep up to seven. They suit colleagues sharing one address or a delegate bringing family for the days outside the programme. Interiors vary by apartment, and upper-floor ocean views vary with allocation, so choose the category that suits the group rather than planning around a particular apartment number.
The outdoor saltwater pool is heated to 26°C, and the beach is fifty metres away when the calendar leaves a free hour. Just as useful for a conference stay: one secure undercover parking space per apartment, with a 2-metre clearance. Marriner does not have air-conditioning, so the apartments use ceiling and standing fans with cross-breezes through their dual aspect layout.
